By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase, receive, or consume alcohol. By using this website and placing any order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and that any person receiving a delivery on your behalf is also at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we have reason to believe this requirement has not been met. Adult signature is required upon delivery.

3. Products and Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and adjust pricing at any time without notice. Prices are listed in US dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to display accurate product information and pricing; in the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Payment is due at the time of order. 5. Wine Club Membership

Wine club memberships are subject to the specific terms of each club as described on the membership pages. By joining a club, you authorise us to charge your payment method for recurring shipments at the applicable club price. Minimum commitment periods apply as stated for each club tier. You may cancel your membership after satisfying any minimum commitment by contacting us at info@alice-hartmann.wine. Cancellations must be received at least 10 business days before a scheduled processing date to avoid being charged for that shipment. All club shipments require an adult signature at delivery.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship wine to all US states where direct-to-consumer wine shipping is legally permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that wine shipments are lawful in your state and locality. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to local or state laws. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of wine and applicable alcohol regulations, we do not accept returns of wine that has been delivered in good condition. If you receive a shipment that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@alice-hartmann.wine within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Wine returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
